1. Introduction

The Junior cocktail dispenser adopts the same new technology to mix a cocktail in a few seconds, 5 bottles with ingredients, 5 tubes and separate pumps for each, which dispenses with the same milliliter precision, it holds 15 sets of 15-20 recipes each cocktail. The ingredients in the recipes cannot be modified, but from our experience we have chosen very common combinations of raw materials known and available to anyone (eg: Tequilla, Rum, Vodka, Grenadine, Orange) to which you can change the amount in the final drink. The dispenser adopts the same principle of liquid release by pumping air into the bottles.

2.1. The location for mounting the bottles and the exit of the cocktail.

Each bottle holder has a protective, self-adhesive film. To prevent the area from being scratched when fitting the bottle sleeve.
Protective cover to protect insects attracted by flavors and sugar. It opens when mixing and automatically closes when not in use for 20 seconds.
The start/stop switch is located in the middle of the bottom cover of the device. See the arrow.
The arrow shows the cleaning port, where the pipe cleaning tube attaches.

2.2: Assembly and use of bottle sleeves:

Mounting the bottle with ingredients upside down on the cocktail machine is a classic method in the field. We have three types of sleeves or heads for bottles. One is a bottle sleeve used for bottled drinks, suitable for most glass bottles on the market -Fig4. Another type is the bottle head used for drinks bottled in PET plastic -Fig5, which can be adapted to some drinks bottled in plastic. The third type is a stainless steel bottle head suitable for 1.75-2 l plastic bottles for carbonated juices.

Fig 12 Sleeve core

Fig 13 Sleeve core valve

The sleeve core has two functions Fig 13; It prevents the liquid from leaking when the bottle is turned over and by pumping air into the bottle it allows the release of the liquid in the device.

2.3: Tips for assembling the bottle sleeve

The neck of the bottle must fit perfectly with the sleeve to seal perfectly. For an unknown beverage bottle, you can first try inserting the core of the bottle head into the mouth of the bottle as shown in Fig 15. If it feels too tight and cannot be fully inserted, you can use scissors to cut one of the silicone rings from the core of the bottle head as shown in fig. 16, to leave only two rings for the glass, as shown in fig. 17.

Fig 15 The core of the sealed closed bottle head
Fig 16 The core of the sleeve place for cutting
Fig 17 Only two rings on the sleeve

The core and head of the bottle must be firmly fixed. Before inserting into the bottle, the core of the silicone head should be gently seated, as shown in Figure 18, so that the silicone valve covers the head of the tube to prevent leakage when the bottle is mounted. Insert it into the bottle with a slight force and see if it is seated correctly. Install a specific glass head and make sure it does not leak when it is turned upside down. Then, when you insert it into the machine, align with the center of the slot vertically, and with a slight force to insert the bottle upside down, hold the sleeve of the bottle with one hand, rotate 90 degrees clockwise, and fix the bottle like this as shown in Figure 20 and Figure 21.

2.4: Installing the special stainless steel glass head for Coca Cola, Sprite etc.

Carbonated drinks usually refer to Coca-Cola, Sprite, Seven Up or any configuration of drinks that contain 2L bottled gas.

Plastic bottles for drinks that contain gas have pressure inside, which requires better sealing of the bottle mouth, and we need to use the stainless steel threaded sleeve. See Figures 22 and 23.

Fig 22 Sleeve with steel thread
Fig. 23

The traditional technology of using pumps to draw carbonated juices from the bottle cannot be used because using pumps sucks out all the bubbles. From a professional perspective, this is not possible, changing the taste of the final product, which is a disadvantage of pump suction technology. Our cocktail machine adopts air pressure glass liquid extraction technology, which can handle fizzy drinks without sucking bubbles. This will press the drink and gas together, resulting in a drink that contains gas and doesn't change the taste of the final drink much. This is a major advantage of this cocktail device.

2.5: The settings for the use of drinks containing gas are presented in point 3.8.

2.6: Precautions for the use of beverages containing CO2:

2.6.1: Prepare the bottle head in advance and use the special stainless steel threaded head

2.6.2: It is recommended to use 1.5-1.7L bottles of Cola or Sprite, etc

Once the bottle head is installed and inserted into the dispenser, the juice must be consumed. It should not be removed halfway, as the bottle is inserted upside down, and the full amount of gas will not escape until the bottle is finished. Removing the bottle halfway will result in the loss of gas and liquid, by changing the pressure resulting in less juice at the end.

2.6.3: Do not use triangular or round-bottomed glasses for carbonated cocktails

Carbonated drinks come out with pressure and can easily flow out of the glass; Use a tall, flat-bottomed glass.

2.6.4: PLEASE NOTE

Drinks containing CO2 such as Cola and Sprite can only be placed in position 2. Carbonated drinks cannot be placed in other bottle positions!

2.6.5: The sealing ring on the head of the fizzy drink bottle is easy to detach

There is a spare sealing ring in the accompanying accessories. Please note that without this sealing ring, leakage is possible as shown in the following figure:

3.10.2 : Disinfection

Use water-soluble chloramine tablets - they are not included in the package:

Chloramine tablets are in the form of pills and should be used once every two to three months. They have a broad spectrum of action: bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, mircobactericidal, tuberculocidal, sporicidal and easily remove juice residues from pipes with a sterilization efficiency of 99.99%.

Sterilization method: Dissolve 1 tablet in 2 L of water, pour into a glass bottle, install the bottle sleeve, and mount it in the bottle slot on the cocktail dispenser, activate the available wash function and let the tube fill with the water. Thus, leave the disinfection water on the pipe to act for a few hours (or overnight), then with a bottle of clean water in the bottle compartment, start the normal washing program and remove the disinfection solution.

What are the differences between the two cleaning methods? The first cleaning method is to clean both the liquid and air lines. It is recommended to use this cleaning method especially for syrup or juice channels. The second method is the most thorough cleaning, which can clean the residue on the inner wall of the pipe for disinfection and sterilization. It is recommended to use the first method for regular cleaning, and the second method every two or three months (depending on the time of use) to disinfect and sterilize the pipe.
